The 18-Hole Championship Golf Course
The centerpiece of the property is the world-class golf course. Photographing a course of this caliber involves more than just capturing green grass; it’s about highlighting the “Kikuyu grass” fairways and the strategic water features against the backdrop of Mount Longonot and Lake Naivasha.
We captured the dramatic elevation changes of the front and back nine. These aerial views show how the course winds through the landscape, offering a “bird’s eye” perspective that helps golfers and travelers appreciate the layout and the natural beauty of the Rift Valley floor.
The 3-Bedroom Galley House (Longonot Villas)
One of the most unique architectural features of the resort is the “three-tier” 3-bedroom galley house, also known as the Longonot Villas. These homes are a designer’s delight, and our photography focused on their clever three-level layout.
- Top Tier: We captured the master bedroom, which offers the most elevated views of the mountains.
- Middle Tier: Our shots focused on the “galley” style living area, where the lounge, dining room, and kitchen flow together seamlessly.
- Ground Tier: We photographed the two additional bedrooms that open directly onto private, lush gardens. By using 3D virtual tours, we allow potential guests to virtually walk through these three levels, understanding exactly how the space feels before they arrive.
Elite Sports and Relaxation: Tennis Court & Swimming Pool
A luxury resort is defined by its amenities. We spent time at the two clay tennis courts, capturing the action against the backdrop of the escarpment. These shots are perfect for marketing the resort to active travelers and families.
We also focused on the swimming pool, a panoramic freeform pool surrounded by private sunbathing gardens. Using twilight photography here was essential; as the sun sets over the Rift Valley, the pool lights and the golden sky create a warm, inviting atmosphere that is perfect for brochures and social media headers.
Dining and Social Life: Bar & Restaurant
The social heart of the lodge is found in its bar and restaurant areas. We provided specialized commercial photography for the main dining rooms, which serve international and handmade cuisine.
The luxurious lounge bar and its sunset terrace are the stars of the evening. We captured the cozy interior with its handmade wooden furniture and the outdoor terrace where guests gather for “sundowners.” These images are designed to highlight the lifestyle and comfort that guests enjoy after a long day on the golf course or out on safari.
